Authors must submit an abstract of no more than 500 words in English describing the proposed paper. The abstract should be self-contained and provide an explicit overview of the paper with a clear statement of the purpose, procedure, results obtained, and the principal conclusions reached.
Detailed instructions for preparing abstracts are available for download here as an MS Word document (Office 2003 format) that also serves as a convenient template.
Completed abstracts must be submitted via email to papers@fast2011.com no later than 29 October 2010. The Conference’s Scientific Committee will review abstracts for originality, relevance, timeliness, and significance of the proposed topic. If accepted for presentation at FAST 2011, authors will be invited to submit a full manuscript; instructions for preparing manuscripts will be provided with notification of abstract acceptance.
